The Babylon Arts Council Announces "The Art of Yoga"
The Babylon Arts Council announced that it will hold The Art of Yoga. Join certified yoga instructor Carol A. Long, RYT, in practicing Kripalu yoga. Kripalu yoga uses classical Hatha yoga postures and breathing techniques to help students enter a state of "meditation in motion.
